Solution: Built an automation using GoHighLevel that tags and categorizes each lead, assigns them to a loan officer via round-robin, and enrolls them in a follow-up campaign with instant notifications.

Problem: Leads tagged as warm often don't receive timely follow-ups, causing interest to drop and reducing appointment bookings.

Solution: A structured workflow that immediately engages warm leads through a sequence of SMS, emails, and intelligent branching (based on actions like email opens and appointment booking) to maximize conversion.

Outcome: Leads stay actively nurtured without overwhelming the team, improving lead-to-appointment rates and ensuring no opportunity is missed.


Automated Share Tracker & File Manager

Problem: Manually tracking form submissions, locating files, and updating share trackers is time-consuming and prone to human error.

Solution: An automated Zapier workflow that pulls new form responses, finds the necessary files in Google Drive, categorizes the data based on share values (positive or negative), and updates the correct Google Sheets tracker—all without manual intervention.

Outcome: Faster, error-free document handling and real-time data updates for share tracking, giving teams more time to focus on decision-making instead of tedious admin tasks.


Smart Access Tracker & Opportunity Tagging for Course Enrollment

Problem: Clients often enroll in different course packages (Course Only, Course + Community, or Course + 1-on-1) but there was no efficient way to track who accessed what, or trigger any relevant follow-ups or opportunity management based on their activity.

Solution: This automation is triggered when a user logs in. It checks if it's their first login and whether they’ve already been tagged as having accessed the course. If not, it tags them with “Course Accessed”, then checks which package they’re enrolled in. Depending on the package, it automatically updates or creates an opportunity in the pipeline with the correct tag — enabling sales and support teams to follow up accordingly.

Outcome: This automation streamlined user onboarding by automatically tagging first-time logins, identifying their course package, and updating their opportunities accordingly. It reduced manual work, ensured accurate tagging, and helped the team track client engagement right from the first login with complete clarity.


Course Purchase Pipeline Automation & Status-Based Opportunity Management

Problem: Managing multiple types of course signups and status changes (e.g., no-show, lead lost) manually was inefficient, error-prone, and slowed down lead management and follow-ups.

Solution: This workflow is triggered by three key events: changes in the “Course Actions” field, booking a 1-on-1 call, or an update to the "Closed?" field. Based on the user’s action or status:

- It checks if the client booked a 1-on-1, and creates the corresponding opportunity.

- If a lead status is updated to "Lead Lost" or "No Show," it updates the pipeline accordingly and notifies the internal team via SMS and email.

- When users purchase either the "Course Only" or "Course + Community," the workflow auto-updates their opportunities based on the product.

The logic ensures that each lead is properly tracked based on what they purchased and how they’re engaging — all without manual input.

Outcome: This setup significantly improved lead management by automatically updating opportunity statuses based on course purchases and engagement, while also notifying the internal team for follow-ups. It removed the need for manual tracking, enabled quicker team response, and provided real-time visibility into each client’s journey based on their actions.
